Oracular is a combination of many things. We like to explore different styles within our songs while still keeping true to the horror punk foundation. The great thing about us is we're all so diverse in our music tastes and nothing is off the table.
Seeing AFI last month was a dream come true, they're a band I've wanted to see live for a long time! Incredibly happy to have got hold of a signed copy of Silver Bleeds the Black Sun. (A very good album!)
I had the pleasure of seeing Nervous Twitch live last month at a really cool waterside venue! The band were incredibly tight, and played an excellent set. You can hear elements of the Ramones, early Green Day, and some Banshees in there. Managed to snag a vinyl and get it signed!
Caught the nonsense is the fun filled full length debut by Dead Horse. The single "Caught the nonsense" is a postpunk throwback to bands' from the 70s and 80s, the track almost threatens to get weird and chaotic, but somehow stays catchy, and dare I say "dance-y"
We're a band from Manchester, England. No band likes to pigeonhole themselves too much but people often say our music has a sort of anxious energy which people connect with. It's got roots in punk, post punk, grunge and 90s alternative, but we're all really eclectic and bring all sorts into our songs
